All of our products are made with high-quality, eco-friendly materials, ensuring durability and sustainability.

Our products are proudly designed and crafted in the United States.
3. How do I care for my 3D-printed items?
To keep your items in great condition, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or heavy moisture. For cleaning, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
4. Are the colors exactly as shown in the photos?
While we strive for accurate representations, slight color variations may occur due to the printing process or screen settings.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our products are printed to order. The printing process can take between 12–30 hours, depending on the complexity of the item. Once completed, orders are shipped and typically take 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
6. Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we’re always adding new creations to our collection, so check back often!
7. Can I purchase individual items from the subscription box?
Yes, all flexis included in the subscription box are also available for purchase individually on the All Products page.
8. What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options!
10. Are your products safe for kids?
While our products are durable and designed with care, they are not intended for children under 3 years old due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop.
12. Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription by logging into your account. Changes or cancellations must be made before the renewal date.
