   Many of our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 5. These items may pose a choking hazard. Adult supervision is strongly recommended during use.
2. Intended Use:
   Our products are designed for display, educational purposes, or supervised play only. Misuse of the items, such as putting parts in the mouth or attempting to alter the designs, can result in injury.
3. Liability Limitation:
   330 Engineering Solutions is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of improper use, unsupervised handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines. By purchasing our products, the buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring their safe use and proper handling.
4. Product Materials:
   Our 3D-printed items are made with various materials that may include PLA, ABS, PETG, or other filaments. Customers are advised to be aware of any potential allergies or sensitivities to these materials.
5. No Warranty on Custom Items:
   Custom-printed items are created based on customer specifications and are sold as-is. 330 Engineering Solutions is not liable for outcomes resulting from designs provided by the customer.
6. Legal Agreement:
   By purchasing and/or using our products, the customer agrees to release 330 Engineering Solutions from all liability arising from the use or misuse of the products.
